Madison PSE was established in 2022. As a paramedic and volunteer firefighter in both Alabama and Tennessee, the owner, William, has seen first hand the struggles that both paid and volunteer organizations deal with on a daily basis. Budgets are tight, staffing is often short, yet the need for quality safety equipment is always growing. Often times the MSRP of name brand manufacturers is unattainable. Our goal is to offer the next best thing - the same name brand products, refurbished, and sometimes new, at a much more affordable cost. Whether you're a public safety agency, a volunteer, utility, roadside, tree service, or something in between - we'd love to have you as our customer.

We only deal with name brand items that we have personally inspected and refurbished. Our goal is to provide you with high quality products, the majority of which are made in America or by American companies, at affordable prices below those of MSRP and other resellers. We also provide customer support based here in America with a direct line to reach us. 

In comparison, many times the cheaper lights, sirens, etc. sold by the popular online merchants are made in China with little quality control and may work in the short term but are subject to unsatisfactory performance and long term problems like water intrusion and LED failure. The manufacturers of those products often have poor or no customer support.

Our refurbishment process is in-depth and involves an initial test, repairing or replacing any internal defects such as bad wiring or motors, greasing moving parts, an external cleaning and polishing, and a final test before shipping. You can rest assured you'll be receiving a product that will last and look great for your application. We may sell some products at a discounted price which have minor defects, and those will be noted in the description.

In the unlikely event a product arrives with damage or operational problems, we will promptly provide customer support to rectify the issue and a refund or replacement if needed. All shipments are insured through UPS or USPS.

Yes. We understand collectors and individuals may wish to purchase some of our products for decoration and memorabilia purposes. We also understand different states use different colors of lights for law, fire, and EMS. Depending on the items purchased, we may contact you for further information, i.e. if you're purchasing a product with blue lights and reside in a state where they are used primarily by law enforcement. You will have to agree to our terms of service at checkout. We reserve the right to decline and refund a sale at our discretion for safety reasons.
