Federal Signal XStream 2-module/dual head tri-color red/blue/white dash/deck light, with 12V cigarette plug controller, independent color control (can do red/white or blue/white, red/blue, etc) and white flood mode. 
 
Does have some minor peeling of the silver reflective material in one module, but does not affect operation.
Does not include any suction cups or mounts; those will have to be sourced by customer.
