The SoundOff Signal Breakout Box, aka "BOB", is a "brain" module that is used and required to control "smart" lightbars made by SoundOff. It allows for easy setup and numerous programming options. The interior lightbar BOB can control both a set of front and rear visor lights at once. 
 
Software to program can be obtained free from SoundOff Signal. Requires a USB Mini-B cable to hook up to a PC for programming (USB cable not included).
