The Whelen PELCC Perimeter Enhancement Light is a smaller sized, versatile scene and ground illumination light. It is angled downward at 40 degrees. Despite it's smaller footprint, it provides excellent illumination, making it a great option for almost any use, especially those limited to tight mounting spaces.
